Our Company provides Social media marketing, Search engine optimization, Website Development, Email marketing and related services on a local, national and international basis. As such, we submit information on your behalf to social media sites and search engine providers to whom you must agree to their terms and conditions. Company has the right to place information about your business on any of the social media, publisher and search provider websites, and you authorize Company to develop content based on the information provided by you and collected by the Company. Further, you represent that the material and the information you provide to the Company is truthful, not misleading, and you have the authority to represent this product information and service information to the Company.
The client shall keep in strict confidence all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes, or initiatives which are confidential and have been disclosed to the client by Ezio solutions, its employees, agents, consultants, and any other confidential information concerning Ezio solution’s business which the client may obtain. The client may disclose such information to people who need to know such information to carry out the client’s obligations under the contract, and as may be required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. The client shall ensure that its employees, officers, representatives, advisers, agents, to whom it discloses such information, comply with this condition. All materials, specifications, and data supplied by Museumhive to the client shall, at times remain the exclusive property of Museumhive, but shall be held by the client safe and its own risk, maintained and kept in good condition and shall not be disposed or used other than in accordance with Museumhive’s written instructions or authorization. The client shall provide assistance, technical information and decisions to the Company, as reasonably required by the Company in sufficient time to facilitate the time of execution of marketing efforts. The client shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided to the Company. This includes providing necessary login information and passwords to access social media, analytics, hosting, domains, and other third-party accounts necessary for the company to carry out marketing efforts.
Once client avails of a service package, then they are obliged to pay a full chargeable amount before the commencement of the work. If the client agrees to pay a fixed amount regarding any services, then they are liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance, before the commencement of the work. The remaining 50% will have to be made within 7 days of the start date of the services. We shall Invoice the clients monthly, in advance.
The person signing the content certifies that (s)he is lawfully authorized to purchase services on behalf of your company. The terms and conditions are binding on both parties on the date the statement of work is signed and /or payment is made.
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Alpha Institution reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
